The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual Father-Daughter dance- a special evening dedicated to creating lasting memories!
This cherished event offers a fun, family-friendly atmosphere filled with music, dancing, and sweet moments to remember. Dads, grandfathers, uncles, and honorary dads with a special lady/ladies (ages 3 to 12) in their lives are invited to hit the dance floor and enjoy a magical night.
The event starts with a Grand March, where each couple is recognized. After the Grand March concludes, we ask that the "daddies" be given the time to enjoy the rest of the evening with their dates.
The Father-Daughter Dance is more than just an evening of fun-it's a community tradition that brings families together while supporting the mission of the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce to strengthen local connections and support community growth.

This special evening is all about celebrating the one-of-a-kind bond between moms and sons. Whether it's a sweet slow dance or showing off some silly moves on the dance floor, this event promises laughter, joy, and moments you'll both treasure for years to come. Mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and honorary mothers with a special guy/guys (ages 3 to 12) in their lives are invited to hit the dance floor and make memories.

The Mother-Son Dance was started in 2025 as an evening of fun to bring families together while supporting the mission of the Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce to support the community that we live in and love.

The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce has proudly hosted an annual food drive since 2011 to support our local Grundy County Food Pantry. All donations collected go directly to help individuals and families in our community.
By holding the food drive during the summer months, the Chamber helps fill an important gap when pantry shelves may be running low. While donations often increase around Thanksgiving and Christmas, the need continues year-round, and this drive helps ensure support is available when it's needed most.
This event would not be possible without the dedication of our Chamber Ambassadors and Board Members, who generously volunteer their time and even their vehicles to accept donations through the drive. We are truly grateful for the continued commitment and service to our community.

Community Clean-Up Week is a time set aside each spring to come together and take pride in our community. Residents, businesses, and organizations are encouraged to pitch in by picking up trash and disposing of it properly throughout Trenton.
Homeowners can help by cleaning up areas around their homes, while Chamber Ambassadors and Board Members will work together to clean 9th Street from Southern Bank to Highway 65. Community Clean-Up Week is also a great opportunity for schools, youth groups, civic organizations, church groups, clubs, and service organizations to earn service hours while giving back.
The 2026 Community Clean-Up Week will take place May 4 through May 8, 2026.
Ambassadors and Board Members will be participating on Tuesday, May 5. 2026.

The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring the community together for a fun-filled Food Truck Night on July 4th, 2026!
Join us at Eastside Park as a variety of local food trucks and food vendors set up to serve delicious food and treats throughout the evening. Vendors will be arriving and setting up at 3:00 PM, with the service continuing through the night as we lead into the fireworks celebration.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy local flavors, connect with friends and family, and celebrate Independence Day right here in Trenton.
